I currently have three private bedrooms for rent. The upstairs bedroom would be shared with one person and would cost $800, including utilities. The basement rooms are $1100 per room. The listing price for the basement room is set by default. Since the basement is currently empty, you would most likely have the space downstairs to yourself, which provides for its bathroom and kitchen. We have a washer and dryer on the property that you can use on the agreed-upon day of the week.

We own two dogs (a German Shepherd and a Pug), and they are kept in their kennels anytime they are inside the house. They do roam freely in the backyard and, for the most part, only bark somewhat throughout the day and not at night.
